DESCRIPTION:NEPCO General Meeting – On 13 September the Board and NEPCO will welcome speakers Meggan Harringon\, Executive Director of El Paso County Planning and Community Development\, and Jack Ladley\, Executive Director El Paso County\, Department of Public Works. Jack will speak on his department organization\, funding levels\, current and future transportation projects\, as well as support to county residents.  Meggan will update us on development projects in El Paso county\, review county website for development information\, resident engagement process and Land Code Development activities.
