Our Mission

NEPCO serves to facilitate communication and interaction among the member homeowner associations and residential areas of northern El Paso County in order to exchange ideas on topics of common interest to the members, and develop collective responses to the county on issues affecting quality of life.

NEPCO General Meeting for Jan 2021 - Wednesday, January 6, 2021

The NEPCO General Membership meeting has been moved to 23 Jan 2021 from 10 am to 12 Noon.  A zoom link will be sent out about 1/2 hour prior to meeting start. Please join the meeting about 15 minutes early to facilitate timely meeting start.

Notice to our NEPCO Members


Due to our national health challenges and Colorado guidelines, NEPCO will be using ZOOM for the foreseeable future for all meetings.  About 1/2 hour prior to each General Membership meeting an email will be sent to each NEPCO representative with a link to use to connect to the Zoom meeting.


The NEPCO meeting schedule and presenters for 2021 will be tentatively determined during our 11 Dec 2020 Board of Directors meeting.  Actual schedule will be announced at our 23 January General Membership meeting and on this website calendar.


Please be aware that NEPCO continues to work diligently on reviewing and commenting on new land developments throughout Northern El Paso county.  We look forward to updating you all when we get together again.
