May and July General Meeting Speaker and Topics Changes

NEPCO Board announces changes to the May and July General Meetings.

Due to speaker availability and legislature schedule we are switching the topics/speakers for the May and July General Meetings. The HOA legal and Legislature update topic is moved to July 12th .  HOA lawyer David Firmin from Altitude Community Law will be speaking and answering questions.  This change allows David time to get the latest information following conclusion of the legislative session.

The May 19 General Meeting will now be a Board moderated “Open Forum” for our members to ask and answer questions on topics of interest.

This format will provide an opportunity for the board to share information about board activities and NEPCO members to ask/inform the Board and members about topics of interest.
