Our next General Meeting for NEPCO member HOA’s will be on 11 July at the Woodmoor barn from 10 a.m. to 12 Noon.

Speaker is Amanda Ashley from Altitude Law

Amanda Ashley will speak on HOA impacts due to legislation passed in 2026 or court cases.  How HOA’s need to adjust their management processes/covenants/practices impacted by legal changes.

How to update HOA covenants.

HOA governance : Use of a Management Company. How do we manage the management company? How do we find a good one? How do we enforce covenants? Levy of fines?

What insurance coverage should we have to manage legal risks?
