NEPCO General Meeting – Topic:  On November 15th, El Paso County Commissioners, Holly Williams, District 1,  and Bill Wysong District 3, will join us and discuss El Paso county topics, such as budgets/funding, major development and transportation projects, taxes, Federal and Colorado State laws and mandates affecting residents, and topics of interest forward by NEPCO members.
